The Textile Center is a national center for fiber art, dedicated to honoring textile traditions and promoting excellence and innovation in fiber art. Through exhibitions, education programs and textile arts resources, the Textile Center represents and supports fiber artists working in all forms of textile media including weaving, quilting, knitting, sewing, needlework, lace making, basketry and beading. Our facility features a shop, 300-seat auditorium, classroom space, Joan Mondale Gallery, 12,000-volume textile library and state of the art dye lab.
